Weekly Blog #7: 10/8-10/15: A Plethora Of Experience

Over the course of this past week in independent study and mentorship, I have taken large strides towards defining what exactly I am looking for in completing my original work. After doing some more research on learning and development, I definitely think that is the area I want to focus on the most. I worked on the secondary work quarter of my original work and have completed a rough draft of my survey questions for my project. Through doing this, I am staying on track for my quarter system plan for completing my original work. I also completed a research assessment on the business symposium from the week before. I plan on reaching out to some of my new contacts and proceeding forward with more interviews. Even though that is more than the required three, I feel it is necessary to get the best knowledge base and find the right mentor. Over the course of this next week, I will have two more interviews and I will continue to reach out to more professionals in order to find the right person to work with me. Going into this next week my plan is to get ahead in my quarter system in order to set myself up for success for my original work completion.
