ABOUT ME
My name is Sheila McElroy, and I'm a project leader with a passion for change management, strategic thinking, and employee learning. I currently work at Ericsson as an improvement and performance specialist, and my previous work includes previously interning with WeLearn Learning Services and working as an IPE Peer Leader at the UTD Student Success Center. My nonprofit work included my time as University Chapter President of UTD American Marketing Association and Education Co-Director for the UTD Period Project.
I recently graduated as Magna Cum Laude from the Business Administration program at University of Texas at Dallas with major honors. During my time at the university, I was an Academic Excellence Scholar all four years and was part of the Davidson Management Honors Program.

Outside of school, I spend my time volunteering, writing, and practicing photography. Through nonprofit organizations like Feed My Starving Children and the National Breast Cancer Foundation, I enjoy being involved my community, and I work with dedication, integrity, and desire to help others.
