Weekly Blog #31: 4/29-5/6

Over the course of the last week before my final product was due in Independent Study and Mentorship, from April 29th to May 6th, I have focused on making sure everything for my final product is completed for the May 6th deadline. I made final product edits by changing table formats and adding a vocabulary bank to define important terms. By the end of the week, I also realized that at Final Presentation Night, the people coming by my board probably did not want to flip through a 42-page program breakdown to understand my research, so I also created a visual-friendly breakdown to have people flip through on Final Presentation Night. I used slide carnival for my template and created a flipbook that goes through my program basics that is colorful, reader-friendly, and easy to understand with lower-level diction that I will have set up on a stand by my display board. It seems impossible to be done with my final product, overall I have spent 37 hours on it,, but in the upcoming weeks I am excited to share my work with my friends and family, who do not know what I have been working toward all year, and I am ready to apply my knowledge into corporate learning.
