Over the course of this past week in independent study and mentorship, I have taken large strides to meeting my end if your goal in order to decide whether or not business is the field I would like to pursue in college. Not only have I completed my original work proposal but I have also begun working on my first quarter of my plan in order to complete a secondary research and begin sending out my survey in a timely manner in order to make my analysis, regarding how much of an impact learning and development industries and departments have on employees finding jobs and contributing positively to their workplace, as accurate and specific as possible. Over this week I will complete my fourth research assessment and complete my research questions for professionals that I will be reaching out to through LinkedIn and cold calls. Overall, my goal is to highlight that I plan to utilize both primary and secondary sites of research in order to get the most well-rounded results in the first quarter of my research in order to set myself up for success for my original work which is due by the end of the third six weeks.
