Over the course of the past week, the week before spring break, I have definitely accomplished a lot more than I thought I would before heading into the week of the 11th. This past week, from February 25 to March 4, has been all about getting ahead in my secondary research and beginning my rough draft for my final product. This week I have started my book. It outlines for my learning initiative/program and I have found seven articles that I definitely feel contribute to the message I’m trying to send with creating this learning program. I have also reached out to a few more people that I had found in the chief learning officer magazine because the articles about them really intrigued me. Wow I’m still waiting to hear back from those individuals on LinkedIn, I feel like I have created a pretty solid base to proceed forward with my interviews even if I’m slightly behind on that front because of the fact that I haven’t heard back from his many people as I had planned to yet. Moving into this next week I plan to finish my bullet pointed rough draft for my final product and talk my mentor over the phone about my progress so I can best utilize my spring break for interviews and fleshing out the outline.
