Weekly Blog #20: 2/4-2/11

Over the course of the past week, from February 4th to February 11th, I have kept up with my original schedule that I laid out in my Product Proposal, and I have made progress with my new schedule as well. I have read more articles about the Chief Learning Officers in the CLO publication magazine in order to establish stronger secondary research. I read an article about the Chief Learning Officer of the Year in 2018 who actually started out as an elementary school teacher and mainstreamed her learning program through survey and checkpoints to make it adaptable to every single person on her team at EY. I also met with my mentor in order to make edits to my timeline; the meeting allowed me to extend my interview timeline and establish a contact list. By the end of the week, I had a strong idea of who I wanted to reach out to and what types of questions I wanted to ask. Moving into this upcoming week, I am planning on finishing my interview guide, getting it approved by my mentor and beginning to schedule interviews for my final product. This last week made my timeline more manageable and more efficient.
