Weekly Blog #15: 12/17-1/7

From December 21st to January 7th, working on my material for Research Showcase, which is on January 16th, 2019, has been my main priority. While this blog covers more than a week’s worth of material, it consists of all the work that I have conducted over the course of winter break, which is just now ending. Over the break, I mainly worked on my display board for Research Showcase. I finalized my color scheme, gold and purple on a black backdrop, so that my display board matches my pamphlets. I also edited and finalized my mentor biography to put the information on the board. I also transcribed my notes from the meeting with Atmos Energy on December 20th from handwriting to typing in order to make it neater and cleaner for my research portfolio. Overall, the break consisted of preparing for Research Showcase and brainstorming material for my final product because my mentor has asked for my Product Proposal rough draft in the first two weeks back to school from winter break. Moving into the next week, I plan to rough draft my proposal for my final product to provide my mentor with ample time to look over it and provide feedback
